devops engineer in high-load advertising

TrafficStars operates a high-load advertising network that has been active in the international market for over 10 years. The network processes more than 7 billion events per day, operates 500+ servers across European and US data centers, and handles over 1 million requests per second at peak times.

• Support the needs of the product development team;
• Develop and maintain Helm charts, Kustomize configurations, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines;
• Build and manage environments ranging from testing to production;
• Ensure stable service operation in close collaboration with the infrastructure team;
• Identify potential issues and participate in designing solutions;
• Research, test, and implement new solutions to optimize current processes and improve service quality.

• Strong understanding of Kubernetes (k8s);
• Experience working with message brokers (Kafka);
• Proficiency with Git, GitLab, and GitLab CI;
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus stack and ELK/EFK;
• Nice to have: experience with ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Aerospike; proficiency in any scripting programming language.
