product manager for the advertisers platform

TrafficStars operates an advertising platform where advertisers plan, launch, and scale campaigns.

• Own the end-to-end vision and strategy for the advertisers’ platform, from campaign creation and targeting to reporting and optimization
• Turn the complex adtech domain into a clear, intuitive product for advertisers
• Set priorities that influence spend, conversion, and advertiser retention
• Align development, design, and analytics around a shared roadmap and goals
• Develop and implement product strategy in line with company goals
• Work with development teams to optimize resource utilization
• Conduct A/B tests, validate hypotheses, and optimize the product to improve conversion
• Monitor product delivery and analyze the success of the product and its new features
• Improve the platform’s usability
• Prioritize tasks based on data and metrics
• Plan work using Gantt charts

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Experience in adtech, martech, or B2B platform products
• Experience translating strategy into features and metrics, from business goals through roadmaps to sprint tasks
• Ability to formulate and defend product hypotheses
