Collect Group is a regulated fintech company developing secure infrastructure for payment infrastructure, crypto technology, and financial services.

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure;
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows;
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security;
• Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and efficiency;
• Manage Docker/Kubernetes environments and cloud services;
• Implement monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery processes;
• Collaborate with developers, security, and product teams to optimize systems;
• Support continuous improvement of the technology stack.

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role;
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP);
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation;
• Understanding of security best practices and system monitoring;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced fintech environment;
• Nice to have: Fintech/crypto experience, infrastructure-as-code tools.
