devops engineer for V*N infrastructure

• Create monitoring templates, auto-discovery rules, and external scripts with Zabbix or VictoriaMetrics;
• Configure and administer RedHat, CentOS, Debian, and Ubuntu systems;
• Tune operating systems for high-load environments, including network IO, queues, and CPU interrupts;
• Configure and optimize StrongSwan, accel-ppp, OpenVPN, WireGuard, Xray, and Shadowsocks;
• Work with Squid proxies;
• Configure firewalls, routing, and virtual network devices;
• Create and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles;
• Deploy AWS infrastructure with Terraform;
• Collaborate with development and QA teams.

• Developer-level proficiency with Zabbix or VictoriaMetrics;
• Strong Bash, sed, and awk skills;
• Experience developing with Go or Python;
• Good understanding of GitLab pipelines;
• Strong UNIX administration skills;
• Experience with Docker and Portainer;
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL;
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, Route 53, and ALB;
• Experience with ELK Stack;
• Experience with Kubernetes on bare metal;
• English at B2+ level;
• Nice to have: SaltStack, DPI/TSPU principles and bypass techniques, traffic obfuscation protocols, RIPE DB and IP registries, IP infrastructure selection and rotation, TLS fingerprinting, CDN fronting.
