devops engineer for SaaS platforms

• Develop and maintain on-premise and cloud Kubernetes infrastructure, with a strong focus on on-premise environments;
• Provision and configure infrastructure components and Kubernetes deployments through Terraform, Ansible, and Pulumi (Golang);
• Create company-wide standards and toolsets for infrastructure, development, and monitoring processes;
• Maintain observability stacks including Elastic, Grafana, and Kafka;
• Design, build, and maintain Helm charts, including custom charts;
• Work with operational and development departments to provide infrastructure and DevOps expertise, including Secret Management;
• Support software architects during early project phases with CI/CD best practices and infrastructure integration;
• Support networking and virtualization topics when needed.

• Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer;
• Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes, scalable SaaS platform operations, and at least one common CI/CD tool: Github, Azure DevOps, or Gitlab;
• Strong hands-on experience with on-premise infrastructure;
• Practical experience with QEMU and/or VMware;
• Good understanding of on-premise networking, including routing, firewalls, load balancing, and DNS;
• Experience with configuration management, preferably Ansible;
• Practical experience with Helm, including creating and maintaining Helm charts;
• Proficiency in at least one common programming language, preferably Go or C#;
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably Azure;
• Knowledge of non-relational databases, including MongoDB;
• Nice to have: Experience working in complex, non-cloud-native environments.
