• Implement and adapt the internal development platform to changing engineering needs using data-driven decisions;
• Automate release processes and implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD;
• Maintain and improve system documentation and runbooks;
• Participate in incident response and provide technical support for platform users;
• Adopt industry best practices;
• Improve frontend and backend CI/CD product pipelines;
• Improve mobile app pipelines;
• Maintain pipeline performance and error budgets.

• Take ownership of specific projects;
• Conduct meetings with internal clients;
• Write production-grade code in Python;
• Write user and technical documentation;
• Debug network and Kubernetes problems;
• Demonstrate advanced Linux skills;
• Confident English;
• Nice to have: experience with internal development platforms, acting as a role model and fostering team culture, hands-on GitOps experience, advanced programming skills, experience with other programming languages, experience applying best security practices.
