The company provides IT services and consulting, delivering infrastructure and cloud solutions for customers.

• Analyze, design, install, configure, migrate, maintain, and repair systems infrastructure and associated application components;
• Handle systems and cloud technologies from inception to hand-over autonomously;
• Contribute to solution design, delivery, implementation, maintenance, and support as a member of the Infrastructure Team;
• Design, install, and configure complete infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, operating systems, and Cloud IaaS;
• Design hybrid cloud solutions using technology components from Microsoft, HPE, IBM, Lenovo, Huawei, and Oracle;
• Design and implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions;
• Plan, install, configure, and support Microsoft Cloud Services, including Azure and Office 365;
• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Hyper-V, VMware, and Veeam solutions;
• Engage in presales activities and support the Presales team in designing techno-economical solutions, including presenting turnkey solutions to customers;
• Manage assigned projects and program components in line with established objectives;
• Deliver reliable, timely, and high-quality design and deployment work;
• Troubleshoot hardware and related operating system malfunctions, resolve operational issues, restore services, and diagnose root causes;
• Support day-to-day operations, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrades of infrastructure solutions;
• Act as the primary customer technical contact to drive problem determination and resolution;
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other systems problems;
• Work on-site with customers to provide technical support, setup assistance, and technical coverage for infrastructure solutions;
• Respond to clients, staff, service providers, and vendors’ inquiries by providing technical assistance and support;
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Systems and/or Cloud Engineer;
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components, including in-depth knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, backup, operating systems, Cloud IaaS/PaaS, and related technologies;
• Knowledge and familiarity with systems management and monitoring tools;
• Team player with strong time management and organizational skills;
• Excellent verbal and written Greek and English language skills;
• Nice to have: Master’s degree in a related field, certifications for servers and storage with HPE, Lenovo, IBM, Huawei, and Oracle, certifications for virtualization, backup, and operating systems with Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, and Linux, certifications for Cloud IaaS/PaaS with Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM.
