DevOps Engineer

• Implement and operate Azure infrastructure solutions including compute, networking, storage, identity, and platform services;
• Provision, configure, and maintain cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates;
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions;
• Support application containerization and contribute to deployment concepts for container-based workloads;
• Work with Kubernetes-based platforms, specifically Azure Kubernetes Service, to deploy and operate cloud-native applications;
• Apply GitOps principles and support deployment automation using tools like ArgoCD;
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize build, release, and deployment processes;
• Perform monitoring, error analysis, and operational improvements across development, test, and production environments;
• Contribute to DevOps standards, reusable automation patterns, documentation, and technical guidelines;
• Partner with architects and senior engineers to implement secure, scalable, and maintainable platform solutions.

• 1–3 Years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a comparable technical role;
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure or strong motivation to expand Azure expertise;
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and version-controlled deployment approaches;
• Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins;
• Basic to good knowledge of container technologies like Docker;
• Understanding of Kubernetes concepts and container orchestration;
• Initial experience or strong interest in GitOps and deployment automation with ArgoCD;
• Solid understanding of cloud fundamentals, networking, identity, and security concepts;
• Proficiency in scripting or automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Azure CLI;
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service, Red Hat OpenShift, Terraform, Bicep, Helm, Kustomize, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, Internal Developer Platforms, monitoring, logging, observability, cloud security, governance, DevSecOps, Microsoft Azure or DevOps certifications.
