DevOps engineer

Role Overview: A hands-on role working with the Developer Experience team to centralize source code into one platform, establish a unified standard for building, testing, securing, and releasing software, and migrating product teams onto it (covering both cloud services and on-premises dealer solutions).

• Migrate repositories into a single GitHub organization, setting up permissions, branch protection, and standards.
• Build reusable CI/CD pipeline templates (automated build, test, security scan, release) and onboard product teams one by one.
• Embed code, dependency, secret, and container scanning into pipelines with gates blocking critical findings.
• Implement standard logs, metrics, traces, and alerts via OpenTelemetry/Grafana, and track deployment frequency, lead time, and failure rates.
• Document the standards and coach product teams and DX engineers for post-engagement sustainability.

• 5+ years in DevOps, platform, or build engineering, with proven experience migrating repositories and building multi-team CI/CD templates.
• Experience working with both cloud services and installed (on-premises) software.
• GitHub / GitHub Actions

• AWS, and Azure.
• Pipelines for .NET and other stacks.
• SAST, SCA, secret/container scanning (e.g., Aikido)
