The company is a global investment firm.

• Design and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP;
• Own cloud engineering projects end-to-end from initial design through implementation;
• Design and develop Kubernetes platforms, including managed Kubernetes services;
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using Infrastructure as Code;
• Build self-service capabilities for engineering teams and promote DevOps and Platform Engineering best practices;
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on cloud solutions and architecture;
• Support applications in cloud and Kubernetes environments;
• Implement observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana;
• Apply cloud-native security practices;
• Explore LLMs and AI agents to enhance engineering workflows;
• Mentor engineers, contribute to technical decisions, and participate in an on-call rotation with occasional out-of-hours maintenance.

• Senior level with extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale, highly available cloud environments;
• Advanced practical knowledge of Kubernetes, including deployment, management, security, and managed services;
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and serverless solutions;
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation;
• Programming skills for infrastructure automation, preferably Python or Go;
• Strong Linux administration skills;
• Solid understanding of networking;
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments;
• Solid understanding of DevOps and Platform Engineering principles;
• Proactive approach to improving engineering practices;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Agile experience;
• Ability to mentor colleagues and drive technical discussions;
• Nice to have: AWS certifications, Kubernetes certifications, knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization, experience with on-premises Kubernetes or Ansible, exposure to AI / ML infrastructure, open-source contributions.

• Employment Contract (UoP);
• Hybrid model with 3 days per week in-office;
• Occasional out-of-hours maintenance.
