PwC supports the digital transformation of businesses worldwide through end-to-end cloud solutions, including cloud strategy and migrations, data engineering, AI and DevOps solutions, application modernization, and cloud-native development. Its Cloud & Digital team is building a platform that combines coding agents with migration and transformation expertise.

• Design and build agent harnesses that make coding agents reliable in real cloud migration work, including skills, agent instructions, tool contracts, evaluation cases, and approval gates;
• Develop the platform’s engineering foundation, including MCP servers, typed and testable tools, connectors to CMDB exports, Git repositories, Azure inventory, and Terraform state, plus a runtime for large-scale batch processing;
• Work hands-on with Azure and Terraform using Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, and CI/CD practices;
• Build proof-of-concept and MVP web applications in the framework of choice to validate ideas quickly and create working demos for internal use and client conversations;
• Turn experience from real migration projects into reusable platform assets, including playbooks, decision patterns, reference architectures, and golden cases;
• Track the latest developments in GenAI and Agentic AI, actively test new agent capabilities, and share knowledge with the team.

• Have a strong foundation in cloud engineering or cloud architecture with at least 3 years of hands-on experience; Azure is preferred, while GCP or AWS experience is also welcome;
• Hold at least one cloud certification, such as Azure AZ-104, AZ-305, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, or an equivalent certification;
• Have hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic components, including MCP servers, skills, agentic loops, agent design, evaluations, and vector databases; professional work, serious side projects, and open-source contributions count;
• Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable tools daily, understand their extension points, and want to advance their use in cloud engineering;
• Have solid software engineering fundamentals, including typed schemas, testing, maintainable code, Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI;
• Be eager to take on new challenges and work outside your specialization;
• Be proficient in Polish and English at least at B2 level;
• Nice to have: cloud migration or application assessment experience, LLM evaluation pipelines including golden cases, regression suites, or LLM-as-judge approaches, production RAG and vector databases such as Azure AI Search, pgvector, or Qdrant, agent-building frameworks such as Claude Agent SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, ADK, or similar tools, GenAI certification, policy-as-code with OPA or Azure Policy, Terraform module authoring, open-source contributions to agent tooling, MCP servers, or developer tools, consulting experience, or direct client project work.
