cloud engineer for hybrid infrastructure

• Design and deploy scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure;
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform;
• Automate cloud operations and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions;
• Monitor and optimize the performance, cost, and security of Azure resources;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud migration and modernization projects;
• Maintain documentation for cloud architecture, processes, and procedures;
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for cloud security and governance.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
• 3+ Years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services;
• Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity, storage, and compute services;
• Proficiency in scripting and automation with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python;
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools;
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect;
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and other server operating systems;
• Knowledge of hypervisors such as ESX, Hyper-V, or Proxmox;
• Excellent documentation and communication skills;
• Experience migrating from on-premises environments to Azure Cloud;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Nice to have: Azure local Infrastructure, hybrid cloud environments, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes on AKS, governance frameworks such as Azure Policy and Blueprints.
