• Apply cloud and service-oriented architecture principles to define, manage, and improve cloud architecture;
• Propose ideas and share best practices to optimize cloud environments for performance, security, reliability, and cost;
• Debug, troubleshoot, modify, and unit-test custom solutions on cloud platforms;
• Create technical specifications, documentation, and user support guides;
• Develop, organize, and maintain cloud systems in collaboration with IT Security;
• Contribute to the Bicep module repository and landing zone templates;
• Support the onboarding of new workloads to the Azure platform, including subscriptions, networking, identity, and policy configuration;
• Triage and resolve platform support requests from solution teams via ServiceNow;
• Document reusable cloud patterns and contribute to the knowledge base.

• Experience designing and implementing cloud architectures;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, identity, or storage);
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Bicep, ARM templates);
• Understanding of Git and CI/CD concepts (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions);
• Understanding of RBAC and Entra ID fundamentals;
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or C#;
• Experience operating, supporting, or maintaining cloud workloads and services;
• Familiarity with DevOps or DevSecOps practices;
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and KQL;
• Experience building or supporting secure Azure network configurations (private networking, private endpoints, custom routing, Azure Private DNS);
• Understanding of Azure networking components (Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, Load Balancer, Network Security Groups, virtual networks, VNet peering);
• Strong English skills;
• Nice to have: Azure Landing Zones or Enterprise-Scale architecture, hybrid environments, Azure governance, Data Collection Rules, hub-and-spoke networking, Network Watcher, Wireshark, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Automation Accounts, Azure Functions, API integrations, cloud migration, container technologies (AKS, OpenShift, Container Apps, Kubernetes), Azure Policy, Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-700, SC-300), AI-related Azure services.
