задачи
- Administer and operate Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace cloud services;
- Resolve technical issues within M365 and Google Workspace environments (2nd level support);
- Plan and execute cloud-to-cloud and on-premises-to-cloud migration projects;
- Develop and implement customer-specific migration strategies;
- Monitor the availability and performance of cloud services;
- Document solutions in the knowledge base and provide training for 1st level support;
- Support IT security policies within M365 and Google Workspace environments.
требования
- Several years of experience in IT system administration, cloud engineering, or as a cloud administrator;
- Completed vocational training or a degree in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Computer Science);
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Azure;
- Experience with ticketing systems like Halo or Jira;
- Proficient in Windows, MacOS, and Linux;
- German (C1) and English (B2) language proficiency;
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and team spirit;
- Nice to have: Knowledge of managed services environments.
