Luxoft provides secure and scalable software delivery solutions, including pipelines and control automation, for organizations across the enterprise.

• Build secure and reusable CI/CD components that provide provenance and governance around the SDLC practice and ensure high-quality compliance;
• Integrate with existing developer tooling to gather information and automate processes;
• Ensure high standards of security and supply chain integrity in line with NIST, SLSA, and other standards;
• Engage directly with customers to gather requirements and understand how different teams build software;
• Develop supporting software, training materials, and workshops to facilitate adoption;
• Measure solution success through data-driven analysis, feedback, and continuous improvement;
• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the secure pipelines and control automation stack;
• Lead a high-performing team of engineers, set technical direction, and foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
• Champion best practices in DevOps, automation, and compliance.

• Proven experience as a technical team lead or senior engineer in DevOps, automation, and software development;
• At least 5 years of industry experience as a full-stack developer using Java/JVM and TypeScript;
• Extensive DevOps experience, including CI/CD, SLI/SLOs, and error budgets;
• Extensive automation experience with GitHub Actions, TFE, and scripting such as Ansible or similar;
• Cloud expertise with Kubernetes and/or GCP;
• English at B2 Upper Intermediate level;
• Nice to have: experience with orchestration technologies such as TeamCity, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Tekton, understanding of security concerns and frameworks such as SLSA, ensuring SBOM provenance, communication and influencing skills, coaching and mentoring experience.
