Workday Integration Engineer

• Solid 3+ plus years professional experience in Workday technology within live or production environments.
• Proven track record in complex development in Workday technology for a large multi-national organisation, preferably in the HR or Finance function
• Extensive knowledge and experience in support and development of Workday integrations using various Workday delivered tools, e.g. Workday Orchestration, Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, API
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Workday Prism development
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Workday technical configuration
• Extensive knowledge and experience of all Workday HR modules
• Workday Pro certification or workday partner certifications is preferred
• Logical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
• Experience of working across a matrix function, delivering effectively to timescales
• Excellent team player and good communication skills – able to gain cooperation of team and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to influence a wide stakeholder group beyond immediate team

The Workday Integration Engineer role will work closely with the various business and technical teams, principally within the People function, as well as partners and vendors, you will be defining stakeholder requirements, using these to drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions and developing and implementing these solutions.
