T-Bank develops lifestyle services for millions of users. The Shopping division provides a group of lifestyle services that allow users to make purchases, book flights and hotels, and order grocery deliveries in one place. The team works in autonomous cross-functional product squads, including product owners, developers, QA engineers, and designers.

• Develop and refactor high-load services;
• Participate in architecture design, write RFCs and ADRs;
• Write and review code, cover it with integration and unit tests;
• Estimate and plan tasks;
• Communicate with product, QA, and DevOps teams;
• Mentor junior colleagues.

• Experience in Java development for at least 3 years;
• Commercial development experience with Java 11+ or Kotlin;
• Commercial development experience with any of the following frameworks: Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut, or Vert.x;
• Commercial development experience with one of the following containerization tools: Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift;
• Commercial development experience with one of the following brokers: Kafka, Rabbit MQ, or Active MQ;
• Experience with version control systems;
• Nice to have: commercial development experience with Postgres, MySQL, or Oracle.
