Technical of an AI platform

JASA Research is a programme on human expertise, based in Astana with a presence in London. We study how the judgment of people with decades of practice can be preserved and passed on to the next generation — with AI as the instrument, not the replacement. We are building the platform that does this, and we are looking for the person who will build it.

• Own the architecture and delivery of the platform’s first version: workspaces for experts and young specialists, structured knowledge records, a case-task engine
• Design how LLMs extract, structure and verify what an expert knows, with the expert checking every step
• Set up data, infrastructure and privacy practices from day one (Kazakhstan and UK users)
• Hire and lead a small engineering team over the next year
• Work directly with the founders and the methodology lead

• Shipped LLM-based products in production, not only prototypes — and can show them
• Strong backend and data engineering; comfortable choosing and owning the stack
• Experience with retrieval, evaluation and quality control of LLM outputs
• English working level
• Interest in the problem itself: knowledge leaving with people
