• Improve the meeting-joining experience across Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and Webex, making scheduled calls start reliably from meeting rooms
• Simplify browser-based screen sharing and improve the first-time user experience
• Stabilize Miracast and AirPlay for default use
• Make sharing and calling consistent across Airtame 3, Virtual Airtame, browser, desktop, and mobile, with real-time quality across different networks
• Lead the team of four engineers, run 1:1s, set the technical bar, support team members’ growth, and guide the team’s day-to-day work
• Advance AI-assisted development workflows, tooling choices, and practices across the team

• Experience owning a team’s technical direction, including architecture decisions and technical reviews
• Experience growing engineers, running 1:1s, and hiring
• Hands-on engineering experience, with a balance of technical work and people leadership
• Strong real-time media expertise, including WebRTC, streaming, and audio/video behavior over networks
• Deep experience in at least one area such as a media pipeline, native protocols, or a cross-platform client
• Ability to work across browser, desktop, and mobile
• Experience integrating software with third-party platforms and operating-system media APIs
• A user-focused approach to improving meeting-room sharing experiences
• Experience using AI for coding, debugging, and prototyping, with a considered view of its benefits and limitations
