Technical in responsible AI

WINPROVIT is recruiting two professionals for a strategic project focused on defining and implementing Responsible AI solutions, ensuring alignment with the EU AI Act and internal Responsible AI standards. We are looking for a Technical Lead and a Project Manager to join an international program, collaborating with technical teams, Responsible AI specialists, and stakeholders from different areas.

• Define the technical requirements, implementation standards, and target architecture for Responsible AI tools.
• Develop the technology strategy and implementation roadmap at enterprise level.
• Identify integration needs, data flows, and opportunities to optimize existing platforms.
• Translate the EU AI Act regulatory requirements and internal standards into technical controls, workflows, and traceability mechanisms.
• Evaluate technology solutions, considering the Build, Buy, or Configure options.
• Coordinate and provide technical guidance to the teams responsible for designing and implementing the solutions.
• Ensure the definition of requirements, acceptance criteria, and evidence mechanisms for audit and compliance.
• Coordinate the planning and implementation of the Responsible AI tools roadmap.
• Manage deliverables, milestones, risks, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure coordination between technical teams, Responsible AI specialists, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Organize workshops, alignment meetings, and decision-making sessions.
• Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and ensure they are escalated accordingly.
• Ensure that decisions, risks, dependencies, and approvals are recorded.
• Support the preparation of pilots, acceptance tests, solution adoption, and transition to operations.
• Ensure alignment with the global program, policies, and Responsible AI standards.

• Solid experience in technical leadership, enterprise architecture, or technology strategy.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Governance, AI risk management, or regulatory frameworks applicable to Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience defining architectures, integrations, data flows, and technical requirements.
• Ability to turn business, technical, and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience evaluating technology solutions and defining implementation roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with technical and business stakeholders.
• Solid experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders from different areas.
• Skills in planning, risk management, dependency management, deliverables management, and reporting.
• Ability to organize workshops, facilitate decisions, and manage priorities.
• Experience in technology transformation, governance, compliance, or enterprise implementation programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
