• Own new services and products technically;
• Architect scalable and efficient solutions using .Net (C#), MSSQL, Angular/React, Postgres and Kafka;
• Work with the product owner and senior leaders to create a working environment that attracts strong engineers;
• Partner with the product owner and architect to set the team's technical vision;
• Lead a cross-functional Agile team through requirements understanding, product backlog grooming, sprint planning, execution and retrospectives;
• Improve the product development process continuously with the team;
• Write and maintain documentation;
• Work across planning, design, implementation, deployment, operations and support.

• Background in Computer Science or EE, Control Systems/Automation and Control;
• .NET as the main programming language;
• Ability to integrate different event streaming platforms and align synchronous and asynchronous processes;
• Experience with event latching and queue control;
• Hands-on experience migrating monoliths to microservices architecture;
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API and OData;
• Experience with MVC, AutoMapper and AutoFac;
• Experience with xUnit, Moq and AutoMock;
• Experience with Entity Framework Core;
• Experience with XML, XSD and XSLT;
• Experience with SQL Server 2019;
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, database performance tuning and optimization;
• Experience with object-oriented programming and SOLID design patterns;
• At least 5 years of developing Kafka-based applications, including regular production/consumption, Kafka Streams and KSql;
• At least 7 years of developing with Angular/React, Kendo UI for Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS and SCSS.
