- Code for around 50% of the time;
- Build out processes for handling technical debt;
- Develop engineering processes and culture;
- Lead a backend team of 3+ engineers;
- Run technical interviews;
- Drive technical and organizational change;
- Build a strong engineering culture;
- Own the technical backlog;
- Defend technical decisions to product stakeholders;
- Make the business case for engineering work.
требования
- Commercial backend experience in PHP;
- Hands-on experience with Go;
- Experience designing microservice architectures;
- Experience working across multiple database types;
- Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services, and monitoring;
- Experience leading a backend team of 3+ engineers;
- Strong understanding of agile principles;
- Strong communication skills.
