Pay Transparency

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is zł130,500 - zł214,425 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Software Engineers conduct, plan, or oversee one or more aspects of the analysis, design, programming, debugging, and modification of computer programs for commercial or end user applications. They write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications. Responsibilities also include completing documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. Software Engineers may interface with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications or develop cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. claude-code, opencode) to support everyday work.

• Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in developing and/or implementing backend applications and microservices.
• Experience in writing, modifying, and reviewing code for commercial or end-user applications.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and service-to-service integrations.
• Experience in debugging distributed applications and performing root cause analysis on software issues.
• Experience in developing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Experience in integrating systems using APIs, messaging systems, and databases.
• Experience in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deploying backend services.
• Experience in applying secure coding practices and complying with regulatory standards.
• 2 or more years of work experience in backend or microservices development (Java)
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and resilient microservices.
• Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with relational (NoSQL databases nice to have), including data modeling and performance optimization.
• Experience with containerized applications and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience in using AI-powered coding tools to enhance developer productivity.
• Experience in optimizing backend services for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Experience in observability and production support, including logging, monitoring, metrics, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
