support engineer for Oracle ERP Cloud

Verisure provides security services and operates across 18 countries in Europe and LATAM. It is developing a centralized Group ERP Center of Excellence to support its operations.

• Support ticket management, analysis, and resolution within the ERP support model, coordinating workflows between first-level functional support and second-level technical support
• Monitor ERP processes and distribute project CoE administrative reports
• Provide Oracle ERP Cloud functional expertise to support best practices, changes, updates, and releases
• Analyze gaps with key stakeholders and process owners
• Support integration enhancements between Oracle ERP Cloud and legacy systems
• Conduct functional training and provide business process documentation to stakeholders, validators, and end users based on approved Blueprints
• Configure ERP Cloud SCM and Procurement modules, and design custom dashboards and BI reports

• Technical or university degree, preferably in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment
