Software Engineer - Webex

Please note that our team is based in Galway and we operate a hybrid working model. This role will require you to be in the office 3 days a week, between Tuesday-Thursday.

• Innovate: Design, build, and lead the technical direction of end-user features used by millions of people worldwide. Our team is focused on building AI features for the bleeding edge of collaboration, giving you the platform to shape the architecture of our next-generation systems.
• Lead by Example: Serve as a technical role model and mentor across the engineering team, setting a high bar for code quality, system testing, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Embrace AI-First Engineering: Champion the adoption of transformative AI technologies, establishing best practices that leverage these tools to accelerate the team's overall productivity and speed up the delivery of key customer features.
• DevOps & Microservices: Drive the scaling and operational strategy of our highly available microservice architecture, ensuring long-term system reliability and efficient deployment pipelines.
• Adaptable & Problem-Solver: Tackle complex, systemic, and varied technical challenges daily-demonstrating data-driven decision-making, clear handling of architectural trade-offs, and an agility to adapt to shifting technical landscapes.
• Ownership & Quality: Take full responsibility for leading critical, multi-faceted initiatives, driving everything from initial system design and automated testing strategies to the resolution of complex, high-priority production issues.
• Support & Growth: Actively mentor and grow the capabilities of mid-level and junior engineers within a supportive team environment, while collaborating with Principal-level peers to advance your own technical leadership trajectory.

We provide training and mentoring for all new team members to fill in any gaps.
