Define the long-term technical vision and strategy for a domain
Architect complex subsystems and lead initiatives with cross-product considerations that impact multiple groups
Design and build scalable, high-quality systems to solve complex financial engineering problems
Manage and simplify complex back-end systems
Build cross-organizational relationships, drive technical alignment, and represent the technical vision internally and externally
Develop future technical leaders and promote high-quality engineering and continuous improvement
Contribute to back-end infrastructure that helps users reach their financial goals
Take ownership of work from start to finish
требования
At least 7 years of related back-end software engineering experience
Proven experience architecting and maintaining microservices in a fast-paced environment
Experience building high-throughput, highly available systems serving millions of users
Deep experience with Java and the ability to handle complex technical challenges
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders and build cross-organizational relationships
Proven ability to generate intellectual property and thought leadership, identify emerging technology trends, and serve as a technical reference point
Passion for FinTech or startup environments
Fluent in English
