Design, implement, and operate services powering the consumer experience, including payment flows, identity verification, loyalty, and engagement features across the full lifecycle
Drive technical analysis for cross-team projects, lead design discussions, and document designs for stakeholder and team review before implementation
Improve mobile and backend development quality through testing strategies, safe progressive rollouts, and proactive technical debt reduction
Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on cross-service dependencies, event-driven patterns, and operational excellence
Own work from start to finish and contribute to the technical direction, quality, and delivery of complex systems in collaboration with other teams
требования
At least 5 years of related back-end software engineering experience, including microservices and cloud environments in fast-paced contexts
Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot
Strong understanding of distributed systems and managing external dependencies, such as banking protocols
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, coordinate implementations across teams, and build trust with stakeholders
Focus on delivering software that meets evolving user needs; adaptability, initiative, and ability to optimize systems beyond initial requirements
Fluent in English
