SAP Business Consultant

Acba Bank provides banking and financial services.

• Participate in the implementation of SAP projects
• Assist with business requirements analysis and Fit-Gap analysis
• Support end users and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including Blueprints, Functional Specifications, User Instructions, and Test Scenarios
• Participate in data migration, reporting, and integration tasks
• Support end-user training and prepare documentation
• Collaborate with senior SAP business consultants and IT teams to ensure smooth system operation

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Good understanding of the banking and finance industry
• Proficiency in English and Russian
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Creative and analytical thinking, stress resistance, and ability to work within deadlines
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic, and evolving environment
• Будет плюсом: experience in banking or financial systems, knowledge of SAP ERP systems, SAP certifications, knowledge of IFRS, ACCA, or other certifications
