• Lead the development of the latest frontend application while contributing across the full stack;
• Design, implement and maintain robust, scalable microservices using Kotlin, TypeScript and related technologies;
• Take end-to-end ownership of services from architecture and implementation to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement;
• Shape technical direction through architecture decisions, technical design reviews and the long-term evolution of the platform;
• Improve the engineering platform by advancing CI/CD pipelines, observability and Infrastructure as Code practices;
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to deliver reliable tracking and billing systems;
• Raise engineering quality through clean code, testing, pair programming, code reviews, mentoring and knowledge sharing.

• Several years of professional experience in frontend development with TypeScript/JavaScript and backend development with Kotlin;
• Solid experience with React, Next.js, Spring Boot and building RESTful APIs;
• Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka and messaging patterns;
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CDK or Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices;
• Ability to take ownership and independently drive topics forward;
• Confidence to speak up and challenge ideas constructively, with openness to diverse perspectives;
• Nice to have: Experience operating event-driven systems in production.
