- Own features end-to-end, from idea through to production;
- Work closely with product and design in a small, high-calibre team;
- Help redefine how software should be built in the AI era.

- Deep React & TypeScript expertise;
- Strong product intuition and high ownership;
- Experience building AI-powered user-facing features;
- Excellent UX and design instincts;
- Full-stack capability (frontend-first);
- Startup mentality with a bias towards shipping;
- Nice to have: fintech, payments, crypto, real-time data products.
