Design and build software tools to automate repetitive engineering tasks and improve productivity across VLSI, EDA, and physical design workflows
Develop AI-assisted solutions and agent-based systems that integrate into existing development environments
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, LLMs, and automation frameworks; prototype and deploy solutions for internal engineering teams
Partner with CAD, physical design, and verification engineers to identify workflow pain points and develop scalable software solutions
Build and maintain APIs, services, and workflow orchestration systems connecting tools, data sources, and automation layers
Create proof-of-concepts and production-quality applications, take them from idea to deployment, and iterate based on actual usage

требования
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
5+ Years of software development experience in automation, CAD, EDA, or related engineering domains
Strong programming skills and ability to design and build scalable, maintainable software applications
Solid grounding in software architecture, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design principles
Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as Large Language Models, agent-based systems, or intelligent automation frameworks
Experience designing and integrating APIs, services, and workflow automation solutions
Familiarity with Linux development environments, Git, and modern software development practices
Self-motivated and resourceful, able to identify gaps, prototype solutions, and iterate independently
Curious about emerging technologies and pragmatic when evaluating whether new AI frameworks solve real problems
Able to work across disciplines while maintaining technical depth
Adaptable and committed to continuous learning and incorporating feedback
