• Lead and mentor a team of Embedded Linux application layer developers
• Support current employees’ professional growth
• Lead the hiring process for future employees
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to improve team performance and satisfaction
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and other teams
• Keep the team’s expertise up to date with industry trends and technologies
• Work mainly on device communication integration with third-party hardware and other internal RutOS applications
• Facilitate communication between departments to align development efforts with business goals
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on project progress, team performance, and technical issues
• Engage with customers to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Good knowledge of Embedded Linux application development
