• Design, develop, test and deploy new backend applications;
• Test and improve existing backend infrastructure applications;
• Meet with architects, functional designers and other specialists to discuss system and application design;
• Migrate workloads into the new environment and support the platform in production;
• Contribute to discussions about future engagement phases, including scope estimation, technical input into pre-sales documents, and improvement proposals for the client;
• Build expertise in the environment and become a point of contact for the team and client;
• Own technical decisions, set the direction of the solution, mentor engineers, and participate in discussions about its future.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with Python;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and the software delivery lifecycle, including GitLab;
• Experience with Robot Framework and Pytest;
• Experience with containers;
• Experience with Linux system administration;
• Knowledge of infrastructure, including firewalls, reverse proxies, forward proxies, and IPv4/IPv6 networking;
• Consulting mindset: understand the business goal before choosing a solution, justify refusals to the client, and work independently with an underdefined scope;
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and trust through day-to-day engagement;
• Nice to have: Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, GitOps, HashiCorp Vault, Terraform, OpenStack, highly automated public cloud solutions, experience in a dedicated team or T&M model with a foreign client, managerial experience as a Tech Leader, Team Leader or Coordinator, pre-sales engineering or pre-sales exposure.
