Referment is partnering with a venture-backed AI startup building AI-powered cybersecurity products.
задачи
- Design backend systems;
- Ship React interfaces;
- Improve databases;
- Debug production systems;
- Deploy continuously;
- Shape the product and engineering culture;
- Own products end-to-end, from customer problem through to production.
требования
- Strong commercial Python experience;
- Solid engineering fundamentals, including testing, databases, and production systems;
- React experience or willingness to work across the frontend;
- Comfortable using LLMs as development tools;
- Startup mentality with genuine product ownership;
- Around 2–6 years' experience;
- Must be comfortable working across backend, frontend, and infrastructure;
- Must be comfortable with production responsibility and solving loosely defined customer problems;
- Must be focused on this startup and not splitting attention with another startup;
- Nice to have: Cybersecurity, workflow orchestration with Prefect or Airflow, high-growth SaaS, early-stage startups.
