• Develop and maintain Python-based components for the credit risk model lifecycle;
• Re-engineer the model production engine and supporting code from SAS to Python;
• Collaborate with quantitative model developers to implement model logic and integrate it into production systems;
• Optimize code for efficiency, scalability, and compliance with internal standards;
• Design and implement automated workflows for data processing, testing, and deployment;
• Ensure robust version control, documentation, and adherence to software development best practices;
• Work with infrastructure and risk teams to support implementation and delivery;
• Support Model Operations.

• 3+ Years of experience in software development, data analytics, or related roles, preferably in financial services, banking, or credit risk;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or technical field;
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade applications;
• Proficiency in Git or similar version control tools;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams;
• Nice to have: Experience with SAS, quantitative model development or validation, software engineering principles (design patterns, testing, CI/CD), cloud-based tools (Azure Databricks), automation and orchestration tools (Airflow, Bash), SQL, relational databases, performance optimization for large-scale data processing.
