RTB House is a global company providing state-of-the-art marketing technologies for brands and agencies worldwide. Its proprietary ad-buying engine is powered by Deep Learning algorithms, enabling advertisers to reach goals at every stage of the funnel.

• Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications for ad campaign management;
• Implement jobs and processes to integrate internal services;
• Contribute to the development of internal Python libraries and shared frameworks;
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests;
• Identify issues and propose improvements for performance, scalability, and stability;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve workflows;
• Apply best practices in application design, databases, and APIs.

• Solid experience in backend development with Python;
• Familiarity with relational databases and ability to write efficient SQL queries;
• Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API conventions;
• Experience with asynchronous programming;
• Good understanding of system design concepts like scalability, caching, and reliability;
• Experience with writing and maintaining tests;
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work methodically;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: PostgreSQL, BigQuery.
