• Build AI-driven solutions and contribute to the development of the AI Migration Pilot platform;
• Partner with the Solution Architect, Development Lead, and team members to deliver technical solutions;
• Integrate AI models with existing systems and optimize their functionality;
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality and adherence to best practices;
• Resolve technical challenges and enhance platform stability and performance;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends to implement innovative strategies and tools;
• Analyze legacy code and perform modernization tasks using AI/Run Codemie platform capabilities;
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers.

• 3+ Years of experience in Python software development;
• Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langchain, and Langgraph technologies;
• Strong analytical abilities with problem-solving aptitude;
• Advanced communication and collaboration skills;
• Motivation for growth in AI and commitment to applying it innovatively;
• Competency in coding techniques and prompt engineering applications;
• Capability to interpret and modernize legacy codebases;
• Familiarity with Java, C++ and C# languages;
• Nice to have: Background in AI, machine learning frameworks and tools, showcase of agentic platform development experience, flexibility to apply agile methodologies, knowledge of LLM-based technologies for code analysis and optimization.
