• Make architectural decisions for the product backend
• Implement designs, develop the backend, and write tests
• Monitor the reliable operation of production systems
• Monitor performance and optimize where necessary

• 5+ Years of commercial development experience, with hands-on coding independently, even without AI tools
• Excellent knowledge of Python 3.x and Django
• Experience designing and developing complex, highly loaded systems
• Excellent knowledge of general programming concepts, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Native or fluent Russian
• Intermediate or upper-intermediate English
