• Design and maintain scalable microservices using Python and FastAPI;
• Architect streaming solutions using Apache Kafka;
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps;
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and Helm;
• Write user stories;
• Lead sprint planning, grooming, and retrospective ceremonies;
• Drive project cut-over and post-implementation support;
• Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent;
• 8+ Years of professional experience in software development and support;
• Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, microservices architecture, and Apache Kafka;
• Hands-on experience with Azure or OCI, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and Helm;
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps;
• Experience with SAFe Agile, JIRA, and Confluence;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong business acumen;
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
