• Build AI-based workflows that combine and interpret data from multiple extraction channels to produce reliable answers;
• Analyze production data to find and fix accuracy gaps on real customer problems;
• Own features end-to-end, from product requirements, coding, testing, observability, rollout, and maintenance;
• Collaborate with the founder, PMs, designers, and other engineers to navigate trade-offs and build the product;
• Work with urgency to build critical features with attention to detail and high-quality maintainable code.

• At least 5 years of experience building complex backend systems;
• Strong Python skills;
• Fluency with AI-assisted development, including agentic coding tools such as Claude Code;
• Passion for building and delivering exceptional products;
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment;
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
• Nice to have: experience with Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and Redis; experience shipping LLM-based features to production; healthcare experience with eligibility and benefits, revenue cycle, EDI/X12, clearinghouse, or EHR integrations.
