The team develops production-oriented Generative AI solutions, including conversational applications, virtual assistants, and intelligent agents for international projects serving thousands of users.

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions using Python;
• Build conversational applications, virtual assistants, and intelligent agents;
• Design and implement RAG architectures;
• Work with LLMs and specialized frameworks for AI solutions;
• Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities with corporate platforms;
• Work with embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases;
• Participate in designing scalable, robust, production-ready architectures;
• Collaborate with architects, Tech Leads, and multidisciplinary teams to develop end-to-end solutions;
• Participate in international projects and continuously evolve AI & Automation capabilities.

• Solid experience as a Backend Developer with Python;
• Professional experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, conversational AI, or RAG projects;
• Experience developing APIs, microservices, and cloud services;
• Experience working with solutions for production environments;
• High level of English;
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with distributed multidisciplinary technical teams;
• Nice to have: LangChain, LangGraph or similar GenAI/Agents frameworks, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases such as Pinecone, Elastic or Azure AI Search, Docker, CI/CD environments, microservices architectures, React or modern Front-End development.
