• Develop software;
• Build high-load and highly available web stack services supporting customer journeys such as identity management and billing management;
• Build trading interfaces, trading terminals, and APIs;
• Create supporting and back-office interfaces, including personal areas, payment solutions, back office, and core banking;
• Develop internal auxiliary libraries, tools, integrations, interfaces, and frameworks supporting components and services;
• Extend, optimize, and support existing production software solutions;
• Research and innovate new ideas in highly reliable, low-latency, and high-load computing for financial markets.

• Passion for building a trading product that brings the world together;
• Higher education in STEM;
• 6 Or more years of commercial software development using Python and excellent knowledge of its stack;
• Experience with asyncio, aiohttp, fastAPI, or frameworks such as sanic and tornado;
• Good experience with PostgreSQL;
• Solid knowledge of computer science and experience with system designs and integration patterns;
• Solid experience with ORM and DBMS, including database architecting;
• Experience with operating systems, networking models, virtualization, and containerization;
• Experience with unit, integration, and load testing;
• Ability to use English for different work and business purposes;
• Nice to have: Commercial experience with Go, Java, or JavaScript, experience acting as a code reviewer, experience in debugging, profiling, and code optimization, high-load, concurrency, and multithreading backend systems development, microservice development experience.
