The company provides a wealth technology platform used by financial advice firms to manage client portfolios, custody, execution and reporting. It operates in a regulated financial services environment.

• Design, develop and optimise the platform
• Own key components and features, ensuring they remain scalable, secure and performant
• Drive project technical execution and mentor other developers
• Work with non-technical teams to translate business requirements into working software
• Collaborate with operations, investments, client services, sales and finance teams to develop technical solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards
• Drive code reviews, testing and best practices
• Lead the investigation and resolution of production issues and performance bottlenecks
• Deliver high-quality solutions on time
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
• Maintain a clear and consistent development and release workflow

• At least 8 years of professional software development experience, including a minimum of 4 years using Python as a core programming language
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions in production environments
• Experience mentoring and guiding developers, with strong technical leadership skills
• Deep understanding of version control, testing, continuous integration and agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage technical and non-technical teams
• Relevant Master's degree
