backend developer for enterprise finance teams

The company builds a B2B fintech SaaS order-to-cash platform for enterprise finance teams, covering collections, payments, and reconciliation.

• Design and build backend systems that power the product
• Design robust backends and model complex business processes into elegant data structures
• Build reliable integrations between modern and legacy systems
• Develop APIs connecting disparate business systems
• Deliver secure, scalable, maintainable solutions for payments and financial data, prioritizing long-term reliability over quick fixes

• Five or more years of programming in Python and/or two or more years of experience with Django
• Expertise in the Django framework
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale applications
• Excellent database design and optimization skills, including complex data modeling and migrations
• Understanding of APIs and web services
• A portfolio demonstrating systematic, well-structured work
• Clear written communication skills
