MUJI Finland Oy operates in retail and uses in-house applications, inventory management systems, replenishment systems, logistics warehouse integrations, Big Commerce, Odoo POS, and CRM initiatives.

• Design, develop, test and maintain in-house applications using PHP and Python in a Windows environment;
• Develop a bespoke SQL Server application bridging the inventory management system, replenishment system and 3PL logistics warehouse;
• Consolidate and validate replenishment orders before forwarding them to downstream modules;
• Integrate Excel to improve usability;
• Take responsibility for detailed UX/UI;
• Further integrate replenishment systems and improve the user experience;
• Develop web solutions in the Big Commerce space;
• Contribute to omnichannel initiatives with Odoo POS;
• Contribute to CRM initiatives;
• Work with system users to resolve design issues;
• Conduct user tests and provide support;
• Develop junior programmers on an ad-hoc basis;
• Follow MUJI guidelines to ensure consistency across all assets.

• 5+ Years of professional experience developing Windows desktop applications;
• 2+ Years of experience with PHP and Python;
• Essential programming skills in PHP and Python;
• Knowledge of the Windows environment and some knowledge of Windows IIS;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work well within a team;
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated;
• Ability to work methodically;
• Interest in digital trends, design and best practices;
• Proven understanding of typography, layout, consistency and grid structures;
• Nice to have: experience with inventory management systems, implementing and integrating web apps, Big Commerce, SQL Server, VB, SSIS, HTML, responsive web design, CSS, JavaScript, C#, ASP.Net, ASP Classic, Android, Mac, Big Commerce, Pimberly, Shipper HQ, Advanced Commerce, Core+ WMS, Ubuntu, Odoo, Slim4, Xero.
