• Build and maintain integrations and automation processes around SQL Server and Microsoft 365;
• Develop backend and batch applications without web development;
• Integrate Microsoft 365 using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph API, MSAL, Service Principal, and certificates;
• Process data with pandas;
• Work with GraphQL occasionally;
• Test applications with pytest;
• Deploy applications on Windows Server/VM and Azure DevOps using PyInstaller (.exe);
• Analyze problems independently without detailed instructions;
• Deliver working solutions proactively;
• Clarify requirements and challenge assumptions when needed;
• Work effectively in an environment with limited processes and documentation;
• Propose improved technical solutions beyond those initially suggested by the business.

• Practical experience with Python 3.12+;
• Ability to work independently and analyze problems without detailed instructions;
• Proactive approach focused on delivering working solutions;
• Ability to clarify requirements and challenge assumptions when needed;
• Comfort working in an environment with limited processes and documentation;
• Ability to propose better technical solutions than those initially suggested by the business;
• Polish at B1/B2 level;
• Nice to have: Azure experience, Microsoft 365 integration experience including SharePoint, Office, or Teams, Docker, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, Teams, SharePoint.

• 4-Month engagement;
• 1 FTE; part-time possible;
