• Drive the long-term evolution and technical strategy of the Document Domain, balancing product needs, scalability, reliability, and developer experience;
• Champion AI-driven development workflows, mentor engineers, and improve the effectiveness, quality, and productivity of the engineering organization;
• Lead cross-team initiatives to deliver best-in-class document capabilities while aligning architecture and engineering practices across the track;
• Contribute to the long-term domain excellence strategy, including AI Transformation of the Development Workflow;
• Collaborate with other tracks to deliver product solutions while maintaining technical excellence;
• Improve reliability and maintain high-quality standards;
• Enhance developer experience;
• Evolve the document platform to support new product capabilities.

• At least 6+ years of development experience with Python;
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, including SQL, migrations, and optimization;
• Strong knowledge of message queues, including RabbitMQ, NATS, and Kafka;
• Knowledge of event-driven systems, DDD fundamentals, and asynchronous programming;
• Fluency with AI workflows for development;
• Experience mentoring other engineers;
• Ability to work on domain strategy, identify challenges, and make solid plans for a one-year horizon;
• Good understanding of the development cycle from requirements analysis and deployment to application monitoring;
• Extensive hands-on experience developing applications;
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly in English across engineering teams, verbally and in writing.
