EPAM develops enterprise software products, open-source solutions, and accelerators.

• Develop and maintain backend services and tooling in Python, Go, and scripting languages;
• Build, containerize, and deploy applications to Kubernetes using Docker and Helm;
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for reliable, repeatable releases;
• Author and maintain Azure DevOps Pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation;
• Support AI-related workloads in production, including model serving, inference pipelines, data integration, and observability;
• Troubleshoot issues across application code, containers, cluster configuration, and deployment pipelines;
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and review standards;
• Monitor and alert on service health using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry in Kubernetes.

• 6+ Years of software engineering experience, including 1+ year in a leading capacity;
• Strong experience with Docker, containers, Kubernetes, Helm chart development, and cluster configuration;
• Hands-on experience with AKS and/or GKE;
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance, GitOps practices, and Azure DevOps Pipelines;
• Proficiency in Python and Go;
• Skills in shell scripting and automation;
• Familiarity with Linux-based container environments;
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants and agentic development tools in daily work;
• Interest in industrial AI applied to manufacturing, energy, logistics, or related industrial domains;
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+).
