• Develop advanced software solutions in Python;
• Design scalable and maintainable software architectures;
• Create and optimize algorithms for complex operational problems;
• Develop data-driven logic, heuristics, and decision-making mechanisms;
• Optimize performance and solve computationally complex problems;
• Design and develop APIs and integrations with external systems;
• Test and validate developed solutions;
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in Python development;
• Excellent knowledge of Python;
• Strong algorithmic thinking and advanced problem-solving skills;
• Very good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity;
• Experience designing complex and scalable software systems;
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code;
• Very good English and Polish;
• Availability for on-site onboarding in Warsaw during the first week of cooperation.
