• Develop high-performance, scalable backend services using Python;
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and asynchronous services;
• Write efficient, thread-safe, and asynchronous Asyncio code for high-traffic loads and complex data processing;
• Conduct profiling and benchmarking to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within the Python runtime;
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle from initial requirements to deployment and monitoring;
• Work alongside DevOps to manage containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines.

• 5+ Years of professional experience with Python;
• Deep understanding of Python internals, memory management, and the standard library;
• Proven experience with modern Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask;
• Experience with Azure and Azure Functions;
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design and query optimization;
• Experience with distributed systems, including service discovery and message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Celery;
• Familiarity with RESTful principles, Protocol Buffers, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation;
• Experience writing testable code with high unit and integration test coverage using pytest or similar tools;
• Ability to articulate complex technical decisions to technical and non-technical teammates;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment;
• Nice to have: Experience with Redis for caching.
